An-Li Kachelhoffer (Lotto Soudal Ladies) has just become the South African road race champion, and is due to start her season proper at Durango-Durango (12th April) and Euskal Emakumeen Bira (a day later). On the team website Kachelhoffer said of rejoining LSL:
“In 2014 I met Liesbet De Vocht in her retirement race and had a nice chat with her. Last year I won a stage at Tour de l’Ardèche and Liesbet contacted me afterwards. I love Belgium and the fact that people are so open minded about cycling. I had a very good time with the team in 2012. I also like working with Dany Schoonbaert, as a sports director he gets the best out of me.” Full article and interview here.
